You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact our support team at support@tortugavitalis.com before sending any items back, so we can provide you with the correct return address and assist with the process.

Please note that opened or unsealed supplements, as well as damaged or used items, cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Only unopened products in their original condition are eligible for a refund.

Returns must be sent at your own expense; please do not send parcels without postage as carriers charge significantly higher fees for such shipments, which we would need to pass on to you.

When returning your order, make sure that the sender’s information is clearly visible on the package and include a short note with your order number or a copy of the invoice, so we can process your return quickly.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

If your product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately in these cases, the return or replacement is of course free of charge under your statutory warranty rights.
